I grew up in the northern part of Mexico in a German Mennonite community setting. Since my childhood, I have enjoyed design work. That interest has taken me from making “books” for playing school with my friends to designing and making books, cards, and tracts. In 2014, I got a designing job at a Christian bookstore and print shop in my home area, which I feel God used to prepare me for my role as a graphic designer at Northern Youth Programs.
Ever since I was twelve years old, my dream was to serve with a mission, but with physical limitations I didn’t know if that could become reality. So when NYP asked if I wanted to do graphic designing for them, I gratefully accepted the opportunity.
